FAQ

SHIPPING:

Due to volume of orders some shipping time can be from 1-3 weeks from purchase date. All items are made to order.

We are not responsible for lost packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered, we will not send another one if you say it was not received.

If your order was returned back to us due to a bad address, we will re-ship your order after confirming a new address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Once a package leaves the U.S.A., we cannot track or estimate a delivery date

Since we cannot track packages outside of the U.S.A., we can not re-ship items or refund an order if for any reason the package does not reach its final destination.

Please be aware that some international orders have taken a month or more to reach their final destination because of your local customs.

EXCHANGES:

Items must be in original packaging, unused and in brand new condition for the exchange to be accepted.

Items may be exchanged within two weeks of customer receiving the shipment. 

RETURN POLICY:

You may return unused, in brand new condition items within two weeks of customer receiving the shipment, for a full refund.

The refund will not include any shipping charges.
